Art. 1 - ORGANIZZAZIONE
Il Rally Club 70 di Romano d’Ezzelino (VI) in collaborazione con l’Automobile Club di Padova ed il patrocinio della Città di Bassano del Grappa organizza una manife-
stazione automobilistica di Regolarità Classica Auto Storiche, denominata “26° Coppa Dalla Favera” che si svolgerà nei giorni 13 -14 - 15 febbraio 2009. La
manifestazione si disputerà conformemente alle prescrizioni del Codice Sportivo Internazionale e suoi annessi (in quanto applicabili), al Regolamento Sportivo
Nazionale e suoi annessi (in quanto applicabili) ed al Regolamento Particolare della manifestazione.

Art. 2 - PERCORSO
I concorrenti partecipanti alla “26° Coppa Dalla Favera” effettueranno un percorso comune di 500 km con prove di classifica da effettuarsi ad una velocità media inferiore
a 45 Km/h.

Art. 3 - VETTURE AMMESSE
Sono ammesse max 150 vetture relativamente ai periodi E - F - G - H - I Nazionale (dal 1952 al 1981) come da elenco allegato in calce al presente regolamento
particolare. Le vetture dovranno essere munite di uno dei seguenti documenti: fiche ACI-CSAI Regolarità Auto Storiche, HTP FIA, HTP CSAI, Certificato di omologazione o
d’identità ASI, Certificato d’iscrizione al Registro Storico Nazionale AAVS, Lasciapassare regolarità auto storiche FIA o Carta d’identità FIVA. Le vetture straniere, se sprovviste
dei documenti di cui sopra, possono essere ammesse con una dichiarazione di conformità rilasciata, nel rispetto di quanto specificato circa i Periodi di Classificazione, dai
concorrenti stessi agli Organizzatori e da questi controfirmata. Tutte le vetture dovranno essere immatricolate e conformi al Codice della Strada.

Art. 4 - CONCORRENTI AMMESSI
Possono partecipare tutte le persone, fisiche o giuridiche, titolari di una licenza Concorrente/Conduttore rilasciata dalla CSAI o dall’ASN o di licenza CSAI di regolarità.
E’ ammessa la presenza a bordo ad un massimo di due persone delle quali una in qualità di conduttore e una in qualità di navigatore. Entrambe devono essere in possesso
di uno dei predetti documenti. Non sono ammessi navigatori di età inferiore a 14 anni. Ai concorrenti stranieri sprovvisti di licenza sportiva potrà essere rilasciata sul posto,
con le modalità d’uso, la licenza CSAI di regolarità. A tal fine, sarà necessario presentare un certificato medico attestante il buono stato di salute.

Art. 5 - ISCRIZIONI
I concorrenti che desiderano essere ammessi alla manifestazione dovranno compilare la domanda di partecipazione e restituirla a Rally Club 70 - Via Roma, 121/b -
36060 Romano d’Ezzelino - Fax. +39.0424/393790 - Fax: +39.0461/763731 Tel: +39 333/6841160- entro il 12 gennaio 2009 (a tassa di iscrizione normale) oppure il
31 gennaio 2009 (tassa di iscrizione maggiorata del 20%) accompagnata dalla quota di iscrizione versata mediante assegno circolare non trasferibile oppure bonifico bancario
presso la BANCA POPOLARE DI MAROSTICA (agenzia di Romano d’Ezzelino) Codice Iban: IT77O0557260900CC0870176145. Salvo i casi previsti dal presente regolamento,
nessuna modifica potrà essere apportata alla domanda di iscrizione.

Art. 6 - TASSA DI ISCRIZIONE
La tassa di iscrizione (normale) inviata entro il 12 gennaio 2009 è fissata in Euro 390,00. La tassa di iscrizione inviata successivamente al 12/01/2009 ed entro
il 31/01/2009 dovrà essere maggiorata del 20%. Le domande di iscrizione non saranno accettate se prive della relativa quota di iscrizione. La quota comprende , i ristori,
le cene per l’equipaggio di venerdì 13 e sabato 14, la colazione di sabato 14, il premio di assicurazione per la responsabilità civile del concorrente verso terzi, il materiale
(road-book, tabelle portanumero e targa identificativa) della manifestazione e vari gadgets.

Art. 7 - VERIFICHE
Tutti gli equipaggi partecipanti alla manifestazione dovranno presentarsi al completo, con le loro vetture alle verifiche tecnico/sportive ante-gara così come previsto dal
Programma della manifestazione. Tutti gli equipaggi che si presenteranno alle verifiche oltre l’orario previsto non saranno ammessi alla partenza, ad eccezione dei casi di
forza maggiore riconosciuti dal Giudice Unico. Nel corso delle verifiche ante-gara si procederà all’identificazione dell’equipaggio e della vettura, che dovrà essere in possesso
della fiche d’identità CSAI/FIA o di documento analogo. Le verifiche tecniche delle vetture, che dovranno essere presentate in perfetto stato di esercizio, comporteranno il
controllo: degli organi dello sterzo; degli organi dei freni; dei segnalatori di stop; dei segnalatori di direzione; dell’impianto di illuminazione; dell’esistenza del retrovisore
esterno. Le vetture che non dessero sufficienti garanzie di sicurezza non saranno ammesse alla partenza.

Art. 8 - OBBLIGHI DEI CONCORRENTI
- Durante tutto il periodo di guida, nel caso che il concorrente sia una persona giuridica oppure non sia a bordo della vettura, tutti i suoi obblighi incombono in solido con
il primo conduttore dichiarato sulla domanda di iscrizione. Ogni comportamento sleale, scorretto o fraudolento tenuto dal concorrente o dai membri dell’equipaggio sarà
giudicato dal Giudice Unico che deciderà l’eventuale penalizzazione che potrà andare fino all’esclusione.

Art. 9 - CLASSIFICHE
Le penalizzazioni saranno espresse in punti. La classifica finale verrà ottenuta sommando tutte le penalità acquisite. Il concorrente che avrà ottenuto il minor numero di
punti sarà proclamato vincitore, seguito per ordine dagli altri. Nello stesso modo verranno redatte le classifiche per ciascun ragruppamento. In caso di ex-aequo, sarà
proclamato vincitore colui che avrà ottenuto la penalità più bassa nel corso della prima prova. Se ciò non fosse sufficiente, si prenderà in considerazione la seconda, la
terza e così via. I risultati finali saranno esposti come previsto dal Programma della manifestazione. La classifica finale diviene definitiva 30’ dopo la sua affissione.

Art. 10 - PREMIAZIONE
La premiazione avrà luogo domenica 15 febbraio 2009, alle ore 10.00, presso il Museo dell’Automobile Luigi Bonfanti di Romano d’Ezzelino (VI). Gli equipaggi dovranno
presentarsi al completo. Gli equipaggi che non si presenteranno alla cerimonia di premiazione perderanno il diritto all’acquisizione dei premi loro assegnati.

REGULATIONS

Art. 1 - ORGANISATION
Rally Club 70 organises, with the participation of Padova Automobile Club and the patronage of Bassano del Grappa Municipality, an international automobile
historic regularity rally, denominated "26° Coppa Dalla Favera " which will be held from 13 to 15 February 2009. The above competition takes place in
accordance with the International Sporting Code and its annexes (as enforceable), National Sporting Rules and its annexes (as enforceable), and the present
Regulations.

Art. 2 - ITINERARY
Competitors in the "26° Coppa Dalla Favera " will follow a fixed 500 km itinerary which includes regularity stages. The average target time is imposed by the
Organisers and it doesn’t exceed 45 Kph. The exact itinerary and time-schedules are to be found in the annex adjoined to this document.

Art. 3 - ELIGIBLE VEHICLES
Eligible vehicles ( max 150 ) must comply with the prescriptions of appendix K of the International Sporting Code for Periods E - F - G - H - I National (1952 - 1981).
Cars from foreign countries which are not provided with the above mentioned documents may also be admitted. A signed declaration by the competitor will be
required stating details of the Classification Period. Declarations will be subject to the Organisers' approval. Single seat cars are excluded.
The Selection Committee will decide the eligibility of participating vehicles. The committee's decision is final and without appeal.
All cars must have a registration number and must be in conformity with the Highway Code.
Borderline cases will be decided by the Sole Judge in consultation with the Scrutineers.

Art. 4 - ELIGIBLE COMPETITORS
All persons, or legal entities, holding CSAI competitor/driver licences or CSAI regularity licences are admissible . Also valid are NSA licences. No more than two
people are permitted on board the car. The two people must hold one of the above licences. No co-pilot may be under the age of 14. For foreign competitors
not possessing National Sporting licences, a CSAI regularity licence may be granted on-site at the event. They must be holders of a doctor’s certificate stating
their good health. Where the competitor is a legal entity, or in any case not part of the crew, the first driver named on the entry form will be held solely
responsible for all the liabilities and obligations of the competitor, throughout the driving time. Any incorrect, fraudulent or unsporting action carried out by
the competitor or members of the crew will be judged by the Sole Judge who will impose penalties which may go as far as exclusion.

Art. 5 - ENTRIES
Competitors wishing to participate must complete the request form and return it to: Rally Club 70 - Via Roma, 121/b - 36060 Romano d’Ezzelino -
Fax. +39.0424/512322 Fax: +39 0461/763731 Tel: +39.333/6841160 by 12 January 2009. Enclosed must be: photocopy of one of the above mentioned
document for the car and the registration fee. Entry requests may in no way be modified excepting in the mode specified by the present regulations.
By the very fact of signing the entry form, the competitor and all crew members submit themselves to the sporting juridictions specified in the International
Sporting Code and to the prescriptions of the present regulations. The number of entries is limited to 150 vehicles.

Art. 6 - ENTRY FEES
Entry fees are Euro 500 per car (BANCA POPOLARE DI MAROSTICA agenzia di Romano d’Ezzelino Iban Code: IT77O0557260900CC0870176145). Entry requests will not be accepted if the entry fee is not enclosed. Entry fees include hotel (4 stars) accomodation for both crew members on Saturday 14, the dinner on friday 13 and saturday 14, the breakfast on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15, an insurance premium which guaranties the competitor cover for civil liability towards third, the rally plate, competition numbers and the other documents issued for the race.

Art. 7 - SCRUTINEERING
All competitors participating in the event must arrive at pre-rally scrutineering with full crew and car in accordance with the scheduled time table. Any car
reporting to the scrutineering area outside the prescribed time limits will not be allowed to start, excepting a case of "force majeure” duly recognised as such
by the Sole Judge. Pre-rally verifications will include the identities of crew and car. The car must be accompanied by its CSAI or FIA Historic Vehicle Identity
Form or similar document. Technical verification of the car, which must be in perfect administrative and mechanical order, will comprise checks of: - steering
- brakes - brake lights - indicators - lighting system - external driving mirrors. Cars judjed insufficiently safe will not be admitted to the start.

Art. 8 - CLASSIFICATION
Penalties are expressed in points. The final classification shall be determined by addition of all the penalties. The crew with the lowest total shall be
proclaimed overallwinner, the next lowest second, the third lowest third, and so on. The division and class results shall be determined on the same basis.
In the case of a draw, the competitor who accomplished the lowest penalty over the first stage will be awarded the victory. If this is not
sufficient for a decision between drawn competitors, the second and third stages etc. will be taken into consideration.
Final results will be published as stated in the event programme; 30 mins after the above publication the results become final.

Art. 9 - PRIZE-GIVING
The prizes will be awarded on Sunday 15 February at 10.00 h in Romano d’Ezzelino (VI) Museo dell’Automobile Luigi Bonfanti. All members of an award
winning crew must be present at prize-giving. Crews absent from the ceremony will forfeit their right to a prize. Classification, however, will remain unchaged.
